 UAE IDEAS 2018 National Awards [2018]

The Airports Sector, which is part of Dubai's General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, won the Dubai Quality Group's Emirates Ideas Award for the best joint idea in the next-generation project (NGB, NGA, NGE) for ports, which enables the completion of departure and entry procedures in under ten seconds.

Dubai Airports  2018 National Awards [2018]

In 2018, 3 Terminal 3 employees received the ACE Customer Service Excellence Award awarded by Dubai Airports to honour outstanding achievements in the customer and employee experience.

 Arabia Corporate Social Responsibility Awards National Awards [2018]

The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai took home the prize for large government institutions in the category of "Community Initiatives in the Public Sector" at the Arab Award for Corporate Social Responsibility.

 Mohammed Bin Rashid Award For Young Business Leaders National Awards [2018]

The General Directorate of Foreign Accommodation Dubai, represented by the human resources and financial sector, received the Department of Services and Maintenance with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Award for supporting youth projects in the category of best medium government entity supporting the government procurement program 

  Dubai Government Excellence Program 2018 National Awards [2018]

The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won the Dubai Government Excellence Program in 2018 and received third place for an innovative administrative initiative for the next-generation departure project, which allowed travellers to complete their travel procedures as quickly as possible, as well as second place for a government organization supporting Expo. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai played a crucial role in Expo 2020 through high readiness and rapid response in meeting all the needs of work teams and international participants, concluding transactions, and issuing entry permits by utilizing the most up-to-date intelligent systems and coordinating and cooperating with all parties. - Additionally, it came in second place overall.

Lieutenant Colonel Omar Matar Khamis Al-Muzaina won first place in the category of innovative employees for his inventive, pioneering ideas that have a strategic and financial impact on management. He is among several notable and creative employees in the Dubai residency to receive the award. - Due to his prominent position in the technical and engineering fields and his presentation of ground-breaking ideas, Captain Darwish Mohammed Al-Mansoori took first place as the best employee in the technical/technical field. Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Nasser Al Ali took first place in the competition for the best worker in a particular speciality. - Major Khaled Mohammed Al-Suwaidi placed second in the field's best employee category.

Dubai Government Excellence Program 2009 National Awards [2009]

In the Dubai Government Excellence Program, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs took home a special prize for having the best financial division.
In terms of employee and customer satisfaction, it came in third place.
The distinguished Government Employee category champion is Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Ahmed Al Hammadi.

In the Dubai Government Excellence Program, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs took second place for having the highest customer satisfaction rate.
First place was awarded to Lieutenant Ibtisam Khalifa Al Zaabi in the category of creative employees.

In the competition for the government organisation most dedicated to national identity, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai took first place in 2011. Khaled Ahmed bin Madiyah, a First Lieutenant, took first place in the technical engineering category of the Distinguished Employee Award
Interior Minister Award.2012 National Awards [2012]
First place in the Minister of Interior Award (leader stage) for the distinguished management category and the customer service category went to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. Team Award for Outstanding Internal Performance Improvement (Juffair Project). It was awarded for the exceptional technical/technical team category represented by the electronic services industry. The "Nujoom Al-Qayla" team received the Distinguished Internal Joint Team Award for investigating and monitoring violators. It was awarded in Distinguished Services Development Teams (Services Team) category. Award for Outstanding Enterprise Category. Award for compliance with residency laws. The ideal associate (Medicare Clinic). The labour supply bookstore's proprietor, Mrs Maysoon, completed community service.
 Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for creative women.2012 National Awards [2012]
Latifa Ali Al-Suwaidi, an employee with cerebral palsy, received the top prize from Sheikha Shamsa bin Suhail, the wife of His Highness, the President of the State, in the category of creativity for women with special needs. This was because of her numerous athletic accomplishments and her large collection of medals and awards in the throwing category of strength games—Javelin and discus throwers who excel in local, regional, and international competitions.
