Issuing a Medical Visa for one or several entries
The foreigner is granted a visit visa for the purpose of treatment for one or several entries valid for 90 days or 180 days. In this case, the sponsor / host should be licensed as health facilities in UAE. A visa may also be granted to the Escort / Escorts of the patient.
Requirements
1. One personal photo
2. Copy of the passport, (its validity must not be less than 6 months).

The digital channels (GDRFA website / smart application):
1. Login to the smart services system using via (UAE pass or username).
2. Search for the required service.
3. Fill out the application information where applicable.
4. Pay the service fees (if any).

Fees
- Fee for a 90-day Medical Visa for one entry: AED 200.
- Fee for a 180-day Medical Visa for one entry: AED 500.
- In addition to value added tax (5%).
- Or the 90-day Medical Visa fee for one entry: AED 300.
- Fee for a 180-day Medical Visa for one entry: AED 900.
- In addition to value added tax (5%).
- Security Deposit:
One entry Security Deposit: AED 1000.
Several travel Security Deposit: AED 2000.
Security Deposit service fee: AED 20.
- Security Deposit collection and reimbursement fee: AED 40.
- Additional fees (if the sponsored person is inside UAE): Knowledge Dirham: AED 10.
- Innovation Dirham: AED 10.
Fee inside UAE: AED 500
Note: The total amount of the visa may vary more or less depending on the circumstances surrounding the sponsored person or any other reasons that may require it.

Terms And Conditions
1. Submitting an approved medical report and a letter from the host stating the justifications for the visit.
2. Deposit the required financial Security Deposit.
3. In case of an entry visa is granted to an escort of the patient, the escort should enter UAE with the patient and that the escort should hold an entry visa similar to the patient’s entry visa (one entry or multiple entries visa) ... The escort visa will not be extended unless the patient’s entry visa is extended also. In all cases, the beneficiary should have medical insurance and the required financial Security Deposit should be provided.
