Through this service, employees in the government and semi-government sectors can renew their residence permits under the same terms as when they were initially issued.
1. A copy of the passport.
2.A recent personal photo with a white background for the sponsored person.
3. A decent medical examination approved by the concerned authorities if they are over (18) years old
Digital channels (website):
1. Visit the website link.
2. Register a new user account (If there is no existing account).
3. Choose the Service.
4. Attach the required documents.
5. Pay the due fees.
6. Submit the request.



Note:
• A text message is sent to the customer via an e-mail if the applicant wants.
• If there are deficiencies in the application, the customer is notified of the need to attach these deficiencies within 30 days. If they are not attached, the application is automatically cancelled.
• If there are no deficiencies in the application, the customer is notified of the approval, and the approved application is sent via e-mail.

Note The issuance fee increases by AED100 for each year whenever the residency is more than two years.

The grace period to stay inside the country after the expiry of the residence permit or its cancellation is (60) sixty days.
