The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai continues its efforts to serve residents and visitors through its ongoing pioneering campaign, "We Are Here for You." This proactive service allows customers to apply for services directly through its platform at Dragon Mart near the main entrance from April 24th to April 28th, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The continuity of the campaign, which has visited various areas in Dubai, aims to enhance direct communication with customers, inform them about the range of services available, and familiarize them with the possibility of applying for services during their visit to the platform. This includes introducing them to the application methods through Dubai Immigration's channels, including electronic and smart channels.

The stand showcases a variety of services, including entry permits, golden residency services, GCC visa services, exit permits, on-arrival visas for Indian nationals, and Dubai Residency Community and 04 platforms. Dubai Immigration also organizes interactive competitions for customers, providing them with an enjoyable and enriching experience, featuring beloved cartoon characters "Salem and Salama," where children and their families can take commemorative photos with these characters.

GDRFA launched the "We Are Here for You" campaign with the aim of providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and visitors in Dubai, enabling them to access the best practices and highest global service standards.
