GDRFA Dubai celebrates Saudi Arabia's 93rd National Day
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai (GDRFA) has celebrated Saudi Arabia's 93rd National Day, observed annually on September 23, with passport control officers warmly welcoming Saudi visitors coming to the UAE with gifts, reflecting the UAE's profound appreciation and love for the Saudi people.
Dubai International Airport showcased its festive spirit by illuminating its smart gates in the distinctive colours of the Saudi flag. As part of the warm welcome, Saudi visitors received souvenirs and a unique quick response code, which revealed special offers and discounts for their stay.
Adding to the uniqueness of the celebration, passport officers at Dubai International Airports stamped arrivals' passports with a special engraving, #Together_Forever, symbolising the unbreakable bond between the two nations and ensuring a memorable visit for the travellers.
HE Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the GDRFA, highlighted the deep significance of the celebration, saying that the GDRFA’s commemoration of the Saudi National Day reflects the powerful and historically special bond shared between the two fraternal nations.
