GDRFA Dubai organizes 4th edition of the Happiness Education Exhibition 2023

H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai, along with Major General Awad Al Owaim, Assistant Director General of the Human and Financial Resources Sector at GDRFA, inaugurated the 4th edition of the Happiness Education Exhibition 2023.

The event, scheduled to span two days, is a collaborative effort between the GDRFA’s Academic Development Department and the Happiness and Wellbeing Department.

The exhibition, held at the GDRFA headquarters, featured the participation of 27 educational institutions, several of which are connected through a partnership with GDRFA.

It also aims to offer discounts and grants for employees and their children, raise awareness about the importance of completing academic studies, and foster a learning and innovative environment. To optimize the use of time and effort, a platform has been provided for each participating institution in a place frequently visited by employees to benefit from and address inquiries.

Various activities were held at the exhibition, including a discussion session titled "Future Specialties and Their Link to Emerging Job Opportunities ". An introductory workshop for the Emirates Academy for Identity and Citizenship was also organized, showcasing the specializations it offers. Leaders, employees, and children of employees were present.

Lieutenant General Al Marri highlighted the importance of the exhibition by emphasizing the role of collective efforts in developing work tools and improving service quality. He pointed out the significance of strategic partnerships and the impact of fruitful cooperation in exchanging experiences, which helps create a competitive work environment. This, in turn, enhances the standards of excellence and quality of services provided by the GDRFA.
