PRINCESS HAYA AWARD FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION The Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein Award for Special Education recognized the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai as a "Distinguished Supporter" for its efforts to achieve excellence in the special education sector. The award encourages special education workers to give more and work harder to advance services. the provision of services for those with special needs and the encouragement of the national technical and administrative cadres, in particular, to collaborate with those individuals and improve the quality of the services offered to them.

Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for creative women Latifa Ali Al-Suwaidi, an employee with cerebral palsy, received the top prize from Sheikha Shamsa bin Suhail, the wife of His Highness, the President of the State, in the category of creativity for women with special needs. This was because of her numerous athletic accomplishments and her large collection of medals and awards in the throwing category of strength games—Javelin and discus throwers who excel in local, regional, and international competitions.

Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for creative women The Sheikha Shamsa Bin Suhail Award's Creativity Award for Women with Special Needs was won by Al-Madani/Hawa Muhammad Ahli. Hawa Muhammad Ahli experienced a severe rise in her body temperature in her fifth year. Her parents were unaware of the severity of her condition until after the height had negatively impacted her hearing and speech, turning her from a normal child to a deaf mute. Despite this, Hawa Muhammad Ahli did not give up and kept looking until that point. In 2005, she discovered a position opening at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, where she distinguished herself in numerous fields with excellence and creativity while demonstrating her capacity to give to others
