Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for creative women The Sheikha Shamsa Bin Suhail Award's Creativity Award for Women with Special Needs was won by Al-Madani/Hawa Muhammad Ahli. Hawa Muhammad Ahli experienced a severe rise in her body temperature in her fifth year. Her parents were unaware of the severity of her condition until after the height had negatively impacted her hearing and speech, turning her from a normal child to a deaf mute. Despite this, Hawa Muhammad Ahli did not give up and kept looking until that point. In 2005, she discovered a position opening at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, where she distinguished herself in numerous fields with excellence and creativity while demonstrating her capacity to give to others

AL OWAIS CREATIVE AWARD At the Culture and Science Symposium's 25th session, employee Kholoud Abdullah Al Ali Saleh from the Institutional Support Sector won the Al Owais Award for Creativity in the category of Best Artwork for Youth.

Dubai Award For Sustainable Transport The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs has won the Sustainable Transport Award in the category of smart applications for the Home Work Initiative, as the department's "telecom work" experience has contributed to a 100% increase in employee productivity. The initiative has proved very successful, It benefited the administration, the staff and the community much, explaining that the Department had selected five competent female citizens with family needs that required their stay at home and had given them the option of working from home. Female employees issued electronic stays, renovated them and changed resident data from home, and the performance of female employees increased significantly, with each performing about 300 transactions per day, and the rate rose to more than 700 every day

The Golden Bridge Awards Following are some significant international honours that Dubai's General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs has received: - The Financial Resources Department took home the Golden Award for being the best organization in the accounting field for financial auditing. For the smart corridor project, the Future Ports Department won the Golden Award for the year 2019 in the category of greatest administrative achievement. - The Silver Award for Best Innovator went to Major Khaled Abdullah Al Hashemi, Head of the Leadership and Future Department. The Best Information Technology Risk Management category's Bronze Award went to the Corporate Support and Smart Services Sector.
